I.G.P. Pays d’Oc 

Bordering the Mediterranean, the Pays d’Oc extends over the 4 departments of Languedoc-Roussillon. Thanks to the sun, its vines produce aromatic wines and a unique richness. It is in this terroir, the largest in Europe, that we identify our best cuvée, in red and rosé. 

Production 

Harvested at night in the coolest hours, the grapes are directly pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperature to preserve the intensity and the freshness of the aromas.
